Register:

To register for a speed dating event, call us at 706-589-7894, or visit our website at www.matchmadein7.com.

Sign In:

Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the official start time to sign in and mingle.  The event will begin promptly at 7:00pm.

The Waiting List:

To ensure an even balance of men and women, you must sign in at least 15 minutes before the event starts.  If you have not signed in at least 15 minutes before the event, your spot will be given to the top name on the waiting list.  If you are on the waiting list, we ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time and let us know that you are present.  Feel free to mix and mingle with other participants beforehand – a spot may open up for you! We may also contact you before the event if we receive a cancellation.

The Event:

At each event, there will be an equal number of men and women.  Each participant will receive a name tag (with your first name and number only) and a scorecard.

The event is organized so that you will chat, ask questions and determine chemistry with every participant in a string of one-on-one conversations lasting 7 minutes.  At the end of 7 minutes, a bell will ring and the men will move to the next seat.  Fill out your scorecard as to whether or not you would like to see that person again in the future.

The process continues until everyone has met.  The event itself will last for about two and a half to three hours.  There will be breaks where you may refill drinks, stretch, etc.  At the end of the event, hand in your completed scorecard to the host. 

It’s a Match…or two, or three, or more!

After the event, we will compile the results from the scorecards to determine who matches up.  If two people mutually checked “yes,” then it’s a match.  Odds are you will have one or more matches. You will receive a private email within three days of the event listing the first names and contact information of the people you are matched with.  From there, it’s up to you to contact one another and set up another date.
